Justin has spent his career shaping, launching, and scaling products across high-growth startups and industry-leading tech companies, including Google and Uber, where he developed marketing strategies, orchestrated growth systems, and launched products that have reached hundreds of millions of people worldwide. Most recently, he worked on Gemini and shaping the next wave of generative models and AI assistants.

Along the way, he has built and led high-performing teams, managed eight-figure global budgets, and driven growth, marketing, partnerships, and product launches at the highest levels. He co-authored Google’s official product marketing playbook, designed go-to-market strategies for dozens of products (most recently in generative AI), and worked alongside some of the smartest teams in tech.

He has always operated at the intersection of structure and creativity, strategy and execution, intuition and analytics - balancing the brains of an operation with the heart and soul that makes a business truly great. Colleagues and founders often say that working with him is refreshingly easy - bringing clarity, momentum, and a rare mix of sharp thinking and genuine collaboration. What excites him is taking raw potential and turning it into something extraordinary.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time on the golf course, building things in his garage, and sailing in the Bay. He’s always drawn to projects that challenge him to learn more - whether it’s scaling a company, crafting something by hand, or trying to fix his short game. At home, he’s usually outmatched in an all-out wrestling showdown with his two kids, who are undefeated champions in all things chaos.
